Breaks at regular intervals are part and parcel of all work. And, in order to get you and your guests back into gear after a long period of mental exertion and to design the day actively, we offer breaks in movement in the conference center with the support of our professional trainers.

Break in Movement

(Indoor and outdoor, 15 minutes, unlimited number of participants)

Stimulation of body and spirit by means of simple exercises, either standing or sitting, in conjunction with breathing exercises. This will refresh the spirit and loosen tense musculature.

 

Qi-Gong Exercises

(Indoor and outdoor, 15 minutes/45 minutes, unlimited number of participants)

Exercises in attentiveness according to Qi Gong relaxation in movement – relaxing and recharging your battery, e.g., as a short “time out” or as a longer unit.

 

A healthier spine

(Indoor and outdoor, 15 minutes, unlimited number of participants)

Particularly in long meetings or days in the office your back will especially welcome movement and attention. Easy exercises which can be incorporated in your daily routine at all times of the day.

 

Singing Bowl Meditation

(Indoor and outdoor, 45 minutes, limited number of participants)

Easy exercises in the body’s work by burdening and unburdening as well as stretching exercises prepare your body. Thus warmed, we relax with the sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls and in this way achieve deep peace and composure.

 

Faszienyoga

(Indoor and outdoor, 45 minutes, unlimited number of participants)

In the course of these 45 minutes we train our mobility in combination with movement control units from yoga. Flowing, slow exercises strengthen one’s own body feeling and the fasciae are stretched and activated in order to once again regenerate.

 

Switching Off and Dancing
