The INSPIRA Conference Center in Bad Wörishofen in the Allgäu has a total of 12 rooms for your event. Hold your event in sunlight-flooded rooms, furnished with state-of-the-art conference and event technology. The conference center is directly connected to the Sonnenhof on two levels.

As a contrast to the concentrated every day office life, the INSPIRA offers space, light and plenty of fresh air – and the quickest possible way into the green countryside. Because it is here that the best ideas are born.

In summer you can spontaneously transfer your seminar room into the open air: it is only a short distance to the spacious INSPIRA terrace or the hotel’s own park. Here you can carry out the group work, individual discussions or mutual activities of all participants in the open air.

Chairs and conference tables are designed in a particularly ergonomic form and ensure maximum working comfort even in the case of intensive meetings. Leather writing surfaces underline the elegant, pleasant atmosphere of the INSPIRA. Floor tanks with connections for EDP and electrical power are within reach ofevery place. And, of course, WLAN is free of charge throughout the whole of the INSPIRA Conference Center. Lighting and dimming can be regulated via a user friendly touch screen. Please note that as a rule we only rent our conference rooms in combination with a corresponding number of room bookings. Day events without an overnight stay are only possible in exceptional cases or, respectively, only possible at short notice.

The philosophy in the Conference Center

Johannes Gutenberg, Ernst Mach and Rudolf Diesel have, among others, lent their name to the rooms which ensure that your event enjoys additional inspiration in reaching something greater. All of the rooms are characterized by a large window front which of course can also be opened and which at all times of the day supplies sufficient illumination and in combination with the warm red tone of the carpeting and curtains guarantees a positive working atmosphere. This is underlined by the high quality, ergonomic conference seating.

Thanks to their impermeable blinds all of the rooms can be dimmed partly or in total and controlled via a central touch pad. WLAN and DSL are also available as is soundproofing to ensure undisturbed worldwide communication. In addition, the larger rooms have a built-in data projector and screens, a sound unit from BOSE and a sufficient number of floor tanks with sockets for the end devices of your guests. We provide you with state-of-the-art conference technology and, if required, can also rent additional technology for you. Our twelve conference rooms measuring from 19 to 265m² can cater for up to 250 persons.

Creative space

Benötigen In the event that you need additional space, the Otto-Mach and the Kneipp-Hufeland rooms can provide this. These can be extended by means of variable dividing walls thus creating an area in the foyer for major events with up to 500 people. The foyer itself as well as the Ernst Mach and Nikolaus August Otto on the ground floor provide access for automobiles and are thus ideal for the presentation of vehicles. With the exception of one room, all of the rooms are barrier free and for the main part also air-conditioned. In line with your individual event requirements we can also offer you various types of seating such as gala, block table, carré, parliamentary, or theater seating as well as high tables and U-shaped seating. Two large coffee stations on the ground and on the upper floor provide the guest with fresh coffee and a wide selection of teas at all times.
