Let yourself be inspired! The conference centre is directly connected to the Hotel Sonnenhof on two levels.

INSPIRA offers a quick way to get from the conference room to the countryside at any time, as a contrast to the dense office environment.Because this is where the best ideas always come from.The windows or patio doors can be opened in all conference rooms. In summer, you can spontaneously move your seminar room outdoors: short distances lead to the large INSPIRA terrace or the hotel's own park for group work, coffee breaks or team building in the open air.

Note: Please note that we usually only hire out our conference rooms in conjunction with a corresponding number of room bookings.Day events without overnight stays are only possible in exceptional cases or at very short notice.

Chairs and conference tables in the INSPIRA are particularly ergonomically designed and ensure maximum working comfort even during intensive meetings.Leather writing pads support the pleasant working atmosphere in the INSPIRA. Floor boxes with power and IT connections are accessible from every seat.Lighting and dimming can be regulated in a user-friendly way via touchscreen.

All conference rooms are characterised by generous window fronts, which can of course be opened, which guarantee sufficient light at any time of day and, in combination with the warm red tones of the carpets and curtains, a positive working atmosphere.This is also maintained by high-quality, ergonomic conference chairs. Flexible conference rooms for many purposes
Extendable conference rooms: If you need additional space, the Otto-Mach and Kneipp-Hufeland day rooms are ideal. These can be extended using variable partition walls, creating an area in the foyer for large events with up to 300 people.
Accessibility: The foyer itself and the Ernst Mach and Nikolaus August Otto rooms on the ground floor are also accessible and are ideal for the presentation of automobiles. With the exception of one room, all conference rooms are barrier-free and most of them are also air-conditioned.
Seating: To suit your individual event, we offer gala seating, block table seating, carré seating, parliamentary seating, theatre seating, bar tables and U-shaped seating.
Hot drinks: Two large coffee stations, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, provide your guests with fresh coffee and a wide selection of teas at all times. Our event team is always on hand to provide advice and assistance during your event.

Our conference rooms are named after outstanding German-speaking scientists who have made outstanding contributions in various fields of knowledge. Johannes Gutenberg, Ernst Mach and Rudolf Diesel, among others, are the namesakes of the conference rooms in Bavaria, providing additional inspiration to achieve great things at your event.
