The "Nikolaus August Otto" Conference Room is located on the ground floor of the INSPIRA Conference Center of the Steigenberger Hotel Der Sonnenhof in the Allgäu. With an area of 161m² the room is almost square in form and can be used for all forms of seating. The air conditioning and large windows, which can be opened, ensure an optimum room climate in the second largest room in the conference hotel.
There is a direct access from the “Nikolaus August Otto” Conference Room to the surrounding hotel park and on to the spacious terrace of the INSPIRA Conference Center. Here, it is possible to carry out group work or hold a coffee break in the magnificent natural surroundings of the alpine uplands.
Spacious wall cupboards afford the event manager and trainer sufficient storage space. The "Nikolaus August Otto" Conference Room and the adjoining “Ernst Mach” room can be combined to form one entity. If the Otto-Mach area (265m²) is combined with the foyer an exhibition space totaling 400m², accessible by automobile, is created. Ideal for vehicle presentation or for the exclusive presentation of your products.

Nikolaus August Otto (1832-1891): German mechanical engineer and inventor of the Otto gasoline engine. Together with the engineer, Eugen Langen, he founded the first automobile engine factory in the world in 1864.
