Across 19 to 265 m², meetings, seminars and events can be staged around the programme. Daylight, modern technology and flexible room concepts create the best conditions for focused work.
Direct access to the terrace and hotel park allows group work and coffee breaks outdoors. Both areas can be used until 22:00.

Two halls: a movable partition wall divides Otto-Mach (265 m²) into Nikolaus August Otto (161 m²) and Ernst Mach (104 m²); Kneipp-Hufeland (265 m²) into Sebastian Kneipp (161 m²) and Christoph W. Hufeland (104 m²). The areas add up exactly — you book precisely the room your programme needs.
The Otto-Mach hall holds up to 240 people in theatre-style seating. At 265 m² it is our largest room — divisible into Nikolaus August Otto (161 m², up to 160) and Ernst Mach (104 m², up to 84).
Yes. Hybrid formats and video conferencing are possible — we agree the right setup with you in advance. High-speed Wi-Fi plus power, LAN and CAT7 sockets sit right at your seat, sound comes from a professional BOSE system with wireless microphones as handheld, headset or lapel, and images can be shared wirelessly, for example via Apple TV.
The INSPIRA sits in Bad Wörishofen, conveniently placed between Munich and the Allgäu. Complimentary outdoor parking and EV charging points (Type 2, up to 22 kW) are available right at the house; the hotel garage is chargeable.
We charge per person per day rather than per room: the INSPIRA CLASSIC meeting package starts at 44 € for a half day, with the plenary room, technology, Wi-Fi and a morning coffee break included. INSPIRA COMFORT at 79 € for a full day adds lunch and an afternoon coffee break, and INSPIRA DELUXE at 128 € adds dinner on top. Multi-day and overnight packages we cost individually.
Exhibition and event materials can be delivered in advance and stored, by arrangement. Your personal meeting host coordinates delivery, set-up and collection.
Yes. The meeting rooms and the foyer are reachable step-free or by lift. Please share any particular requirements with your enquiry so we can prepare everything.
Yes. Directly connected to the conference centre are 139 rooms and suites of the Hotel Der Sonnenhof; for your meeting guests we are glad to reserve a room block, including breakfast and use of the 3,000 m² spa.
