Of course – seeing the space in person is the best way to get a feel for the eleven meeting rooms and their atmosphere. Arrange a time with our events office, who will show you through the house: from the Gottfried W. Leibniz boardroom to the seminar rooms and the large Otto-Mach hall, including the foyer and the possible seating layouts. If useful, we show you the foyer as an exhibition space and the event locations for the evening straight afterwards, in case your delegates are staying overnight and want a relaxed close to the day. That way you plan your event with a real sense of the space rather than a floor plan alone – a call is usually enough to set up the appointment within minutes.

Complimentary outdoor parking and separate bays for coaches are available directly at the hotel. The hotel garage is chargeable. The outdoor car park also has two Type 2 charging points with two connectors each and up to 22 kW. Please ask the hotel for current garage and charging rates.

Yes. On request we arrange your transfer from Bad Wörishofen station, from Memmingen Airport (around 40 km) or from Munich (around 115 km) – comfortably right to the door. Give us your arrival time, airline and party size when booking so we can schedule the car in good time; for larger groups we provide a minibus instead. The shuttle is especially popular with conference delegates who want to start their first session straight after arriving, without worrying about a rental car or parking. We build the return trip into the same booking, so there is no need for a second call closer to your departure day.
