The experts of the Allgäu Cheese School are coming to visit you at the Sonnenhof today. Under the guidance of the cheese experts you will produce your own “Feterella” – a tasty mixture of Feta and Mozarella. And, best of all, the evening ends with mutual tasting of what has been produced – ideal as a start to a pleasant evening together in the König Ludwig Indoor Beergarden.
