INSPIRA Superior 2021 conference package.

Basic services such as free WiFi are naturally always inclusive services. In addition, within the scope of the package, we prepare the plenum according to the number of participants and the desired type of seating as well as furnishing the room with the required technical conference equipment. Already included are a data projector and screen, a flipchart or a pinboard, pencils and INSPIRA writing pads for all participants.

The coffee break in the forenoon excels with a number of coffee specialties and a wide of selection of teas, complemented by two different snacks per person and an abundant fruit basket. 

Lunch is in the form of a three-course meal or a single-touch buffet (from 40 and more participants) in the adjoining five-star Superior Hotel as arranged with the Chef de Cuisine. Non-alcoholic drinks are included.

The afternoon can be interrupted when you choose by a further break in which, once again, coffee and tea and two snacks per person together with a basket of fruit are provided.

Particular favorites are candy bars with nuts, dried fruits, broken chocolate, and fruit gums which the conference guest can find throughout the day in the foyer of the conference center.

In the conference room itself, we provide – and naturally included in the INSPIRA conference package – soft drinks for all participants.  However, outwith the breaks, you do not have to do without coffee or tea: both coffee stations on the ground and the upper floor are available for you at all times – simply serve yourself. 

The brightly lit foyer area of the INSPIRA Conference Center and the spacious area of the INSPRA terrace are the best locations for discussions or a short, spontaneous break.

Do you need support? The INSPIRA events team, which you can reach quickly in the events office on the ground floor, will be pleased to fulfill even exceptional requests at all times.
