The INSPIRA Superior conference package in the INSPIRA Conference Center with the adjoining Steigenberger Hotel Der Sonnenhof leaves nothing to be desired and guarantees catering of the highest level for you and your guests. Our professional conference office, which takes perfect care of you from the initial contact, is also at your disposal during the event to provide assistance in order to ensure that your event runs smoothly and to your complete satisfaction from the very beginning.
The superior conference package at the INSPIRA
We will arrange the plenum before your arrival according to your wishes, so that you can start the event immediately. The package includes a data projector with screen, a flipchart or a pin board, a moderator's case as well as pens and INSPIRA writing pads for all participants.
The first coffee break invites you to coffee specialities and a rich selection of tea. We serve two different snacks per person and a basket of fruit. We provide lunch as business lunch as recommended by the chef (excluding beverages) in the adjoining 5-star superior hotel.
Should there be some time left, the green hotel park invites you for a walk in summer and regenerates body and mind for the afternoon. This will be interrupted at your preferred time by another break where coffee, tea and two snacks per person and a basket of fruit will be available again.
The bright foyer area of the INSPIRA conference centre is the best place for discussions or for a short break from the plenary session. In the conference room, including the INSPIRA Superior conference package, we offer unlimited soft drinks for all participants. Even outside the breaks you don't have to do without coffee: The two coffee stations, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, are always at your disposal and you simply help yourself. The selection ranges from cappuccino, black coffee and espresso to fruit teas, black teas and herbal teas.
The conference package INSPIRA Superior can be booked for a minimum of ten participants at a price of â‚¬ 89.00 per person and day. If you do not take one of two coffee breaks, the price is reduced by â‚¬ 8.00 to a half-day rate of â‚¬ 81.00.
