Basic services such as free WiFi are naturally always inclusive services. In addition, within the scope of the package, we prepare the plenum according to the number of participants and the desired type of seating as well as furnishing the room with the required technical conference equipment. Already included are a data projector and screen, a flipchart or a pinboard, pencils and INSPIRA writing pads for all participants.
The coffee break in the forenoon provides coffee and tea at the coffee station, a buttered pretzel per participant and a basket of fruit. Thus strengthened you can then continue until lunch which you can have in the foyer in the form of a stand-up buffet / sandwich lunch or two-course menu according to the chef’s choice. Non-alcoholic drinks are included.
Relaxation in the afternoon is available in the form of a further break which, when the weather is good, you can spend on the sunlit terrace or in the square in front of the conference center. Here, too, we provide coffee and tea specialties, a basket of fruit and tray-baked cakes for the conference participants.
Particular favorites are candy bars with nuts, dried fruits, broken chocolate, and fruit gums which the conference guest can find throughout the day in the foyer of the conference center.
In the plenum your guests can avail themselves of soft drinks throughout
the whole of the day. Coffee and tea is also available throughout the day free
of charge outwith the coffee breaks at the coffee stations.

partner at the event office on the ground floor of the conference
center.
