The business conference package at the INSPIRA

Fundamental services such as free WiFi are naturally always included. In addition, within the scope of the package, we provide you with a plenum catering appropriately for the number of participants together with desired seating arrangements and furnish the room with the conference technology as agreed upon. This already includes a data projector as well as a screen, a flipchart or a pin board, pencils and notepads.

The break in the forenoon includes coffee and tea at the coffee stations as well as two snacks per participant. Thus reinforced, the participants can then continue work until lunch. Lunch is taken only a few steps away from the INSPIRA Conference Center in the Steigenberger Hotel Der Sonnenhof. The guest can look forward here to a cuisine of a 5-star Superior Hotel of the highest standard. We offer a standing lunch in consultation with our chef (excl. beverages).

The afternoon is made more relaxed by a further coffee break which, when the weather is good, can be taken on the terrace or in front of the conference center providing a good opportunity for an exchange of ideas and for recharging the guest’s battery. Here, too, coffee and tea specialties as well as a fruit basket and plunder paistry per person are included.

In the plenum the guests can avail themselves with mineral water in big bottles throughout the whole day. Coffee and tea is also available for you at the coffee stations outwith the coffee breaks.

Should you decide to do without a second coffee break, the price is reduced by € 6.00 per person and day to a figure of € 63.00.
