When it comes to holding top-class conferences and to providing your guests with that little bit extra, conferencing in Bad Wörishofen in the Allgäu is not only your first choice because of the excellent location in the Bavarian alpine uplands but also because of the direct connection to the 5-star Superior Hotel Der Sonnenhof. From ten participants and upwards we can offer you the INSPIRA Classic conference package.

The classic INSPIRA conference package

The package price of € 77.00 per participant covers both the organizational as well as the catering side. We provide you with the plenum to accommodate the number of persons involved together with the required seating and equip the conference room with the essential conference technology.

In the case of the INSPIRA Classic package the technology includes a screen in widescreen format, a data projector, a flipchart or a pin board as well as notepads and pencils for all participants. In the plenum you can look forward to the unlimited provision of soft drinks.

A coffee break is included in the forenoon at one of the coffee stations on the ground floor or upper floor of the INSPIRA Conference Center. In addition to the classic selection of coffee and tea, your guests can also enjoy fresh fruit as well as a snack per person. On sunlit days, the hotel park extends an invitation to take a walk or you can simply relax in the sunshine on the terrace.

Depending upon the number of participants we offer a buffet or a 3-course menu (drinks are not included) for your guests agreed upon with the Chef de Cuisine.

Thus refreshed you can move on to your afternoon’s work. This in turn contains a further coffee break. Here, we also provide coffee, tea, fruit and a snack per person. In addition, unlimited amounts of tea and coffee are available at one of the coffee stations throughout the day.

If you have a tight schedule, one of the coffee breaks can be left out and the price of the INSPIRA Classic conference package is reduced by € 10.00.

Always included is, of course, the perfect service by our competent conference team with their office located centrally in the foyer of the INSPIRA Conference Center and who will aid you with advice and assistance in making your event a complete success.
